Baduanjin Qigong Classes
What is Qigong?
Qigong means “energy work” – releasing stagnant chi (life energy) so that energy flows more freely through the body-mind system.
Qigong is a practice consisting of posture, easy movements, breath-work, self-massage, sound, and focused intent that brings about self healing as a consequence. Baduanjin Qigong is a Qigong form Michael Brennan teaches in his group- and private classes.
You can begin a Qigong practice no matter your age, gender, physical ability, or prior experience with meditative movement or energy work. Qigong does not discriminate. Whether you live a relatively sedentary lifestyle, are an athlete, or move and exercise regularly, a Qigong practice will benefit you.
If you are looking to enhance your own well being or increase energy, want sharpened mental focus, and reduced pain, Qigong is right for you.
