Over 300 free practice sessions held in support of our community in the past 2 years!
Our Regular Morning Qigong Practice Sessions
The sessions are held every Monday-Wednesday-Friday mornings 7-7:30am via Zoom.
These practice sessions are FREE and open to anybody that is familiar with the Baduanjin Qigong form. Instructions are not given during the practice sessions, and participants are expected to already know the form before joining the practice sessions.
These sessions are a great way to connect with other Qigong Practitioners on a regular basis and to enhance your own practice.
